Wedding photo sharing

Collect wedding photos from the people who were there

Give your guests one place to share the candid photos from your wedding. They open your event using a QR code or link and upload photos in their browser.

For your event

A simple plan for all those camera rolls

Your photographer captures one perspective. Friends and family see the table conversations, arrivals and dance-floor moments around them. Eventringo brings their photos into a shared event gallery, so collecting them does not depend on asking everyone to send a separate message.

What you can control

Set up sharing around your wedding

01

Browser-based uploads

There is no app to install. Enable guest access if you want guests to join with a display name without creating an account.

02

A private entry

Share your event link or QR code with invited guests. You can require sign-in instead; a QR code follows the event’s access settings.

03

Your moderation choice

Decide whether uploads need approval before appearing in the shared gallery. Choose download and gallery stream settings before sending the invitation.

How to collect wedding photos

  1. Step 1

    Prepare your event

Create the wedding, enable gallery uploads and choose access, moderation and guest capacity. Check current plans on the pricing page.

  2. Step 2

    Invite guests to share

Put the event QR code on table cards and send the same link in your guest message. Say what to upload and when.

  3. Step 3

    Review and save

Review uploads during or after the celebration, then export the collection before the event’s access and storage period ends.

Practical inspiration

Photos guests are well placed to capture

  • Friends arriving together
  • A group photo at each table
  • Reactions during the speeches
  • Details guests helped to make
  • An unexpected dance-floor moment
  • A quiet moment between the big ones

A message you can send to guests

“We would love to see the wedding through your eyes. Open our event link or scan the card at your table, enter your name and add a few favourite photos. Please ask before sharing a close-up of another guest.”

Use that wording when guest access is enabled. If your event requires sign-in, say so in the message so nobody is surprised at the table.

Add an activity when it suits your day

Photo Bingo can give guests a few gentle prompts, such as a table selfie or something in the wedding colours. You can also use the gallery by itself.

If you enable Live Screen, review which photo streams appear there and how approval affects them. Test the complete guest-to-screen flow before the reception.

Give your wedding photos a shared home

Create the event, try an upload and then share the invitation with your guests.
