Event photo sharing

One place for photos from everyone at your event

Bring guest photos together from birthdays, reunions and team celebrations. Share an event entry, choose your access rules and collect photos in one gallery.

For your event

Organize the handoff before the event

The hard part of collecting event photos is often telling everyone where to put them. Give participants a shared destination before the first picture is taken, then keep the same link in the follow-up. Eventringo combines that gallery with optional activities when your event needs them.

What you can control

A gallery for your kind of gathering

01

Birthdays and reunions

Invite friends and family to share table photos, old-friend reunions and details of the celebration without a separate app.

02

Team events

Agree what can be photographed, then choose approval and sign-in settings that suit your audience and organizational expectations.

03

Optional interaction

Add Photo Bingo for prompts or Live Screen for a shared display. Start with the gallery and enable the modules that fit the programme.

From setup to the first photo

Prepare photo sharing in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Choose settings and capacity

Create your event, enable photo uploads and set access, moderation and download rules. Match the plan to your expected group.

  2. Step 2

    Make the entry visible

Share the QR code at an appropriate gathering point and send the event link to participants. Ask for a few specific kinds of photos.

  3. Step 3

    Collect and follow up

Review submissions and remind guests afterwards. Export the collection while the event’s access and storage are available.

Practical inspiration

Adapt the request to the occasion

  • Birthday: one photo with the person celebrating
  • Reunion: an old group recreating a familiar pose
  • Team day: a collaboration moment cleared for sharing
  • Dinner: a favourite table detail
  • Community gathering: a view of the venue
  • Family celebration: a candid moment with permission

Keep work and personal sharing expectations clear

For company events, explain whether photos are only for attendees or might later be considered for other uses. An event upload is not by itself permission to use a picture in a public campaign.

Ask participants to avoid confidential screens, badges, documents and anyone who does not want to appear. Choose approval when a review before gallery visibility is useful.

Make room for people who would rather watch

Photo sharing can stay optional. A participant can enjoy the event without having to take a selfie or complete a board.

Provide a direct link as well as a QR code, and test joining and uploading on a phone before the event. A trusted co-organizer can help explain the process at the venue.
