Wedding Photo Bingo gives guests a board of photo prompts to complete during the celebration. A square might ask for a table selfie, a wedding detail or a moment on the dance floor.
In Eventringo, guests upload a matching photo to each square from their browser. You prepare the board before the wedding and follow participation from the organizer’s progress view.
Pick a size that fits the day
Choose a 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 board. A smaller board is easier to introduce during a short break; a larger one needs enough varied moments and time.
Set the size before guests begin. Board resizing is restricted once submissions exist, so a pre-wedding test matters. Do not fill a large board with unrealistic tasks just to use every square.
Mix easy, personal and observational prompts
Start with a few easy squares, such as a table detail or something in the wedding colours. Add moments particular to your people: friends reunited, a handmade decoration or a favourite snack.
Include quieter alternatives to people-focused tasks. Ask permission before close-ups and skip prompts that involve embarrassment, drinking pressure or interrupting the ceremony.
- An easy detail: something in the wedding colours
- A group moment: your table together
- A candid moment: laughter shared with permission
- A personal detail: something handmade
- A quiet observation: your favourite view of the venue
Tell guests what counts as finishing
If you are offering a prize, announce the rules and judging method before play. Completing a row, completing a full board and winning a creative-photo prize are different goals.
Keep those rules consistent with the progress view and settings you use. You can also leave competition out entirely and present the board as an optional way to collect memories.
Review access and approval settings
Guests play in their browser without an app download. Guest access uses a display name without account creation; sign-in access requires an account. Explain the entry mode in your invitation.
Review prompt reveal and approval settings before the wedding. Try a submission from a separate guest device and confirm what appears in the activity, gallery and any Live Screen you enable.
Introduce it briefly and let people enjoy the day
A useful introduction is: “There is an optional photo game on your event page. Open a square, take or choose a matching photo and upload it. A few favourite moments are plenty.” Add prize rules only if you are running a competition.
Afterwards, review the submissions and export the photos you want to keep while access is available. The game’s value can be the collected perspectives, even when nobody tries to complete the whole board.
